This plan is meant to potentially clear your Heart Wall. The Heart Wall is a very important discovery made by Dr. Bradley Nelson. Your heart is the seat of your soul and spirit. During times of intense emotional pain or stress, your heart can experience “heartache” and “heartbreak.” Sometimes, the subconscious mind believes we need to put up an “energy wall” around our heart to protect it from being further hurt.

Trapped Emotions are the most accessible energy hanging around the body, so the mind will use this as its “building material.” This may be wonderful in protecting the heart, but this “energy wall” also prevents our inner-spirit and soul from resonating out and projecting into the world--who we truly are, literally, cannot come out. If our soul and spirit are shielded by a wall of negative energy--we cannot live life the way our soul intended. We will actually attract or manifest more negativity. The sooner we clear the Heart-Wall the sooner we can be in alignment with who we are. We will be able to give and deeply receive love along with all that is meant for us. In order to dissolve the Heart Wall we need to rid of all the trapped emotions composing it, one emotion at a time.
